My Approach to Nutritional Wellness

My Philospophy
I have spent the last decade trying out every method under the sun to see what eating regiments and exercise routines work best. In doing so I have gained the knowledge and experience to help others fast track their way to the best version of themselves.
What I have learned is that wellness is an individualised endeavour. There is no one-size fits all approach to nutrition and fitness. My goal is to help others develop a sustainable routine that fits around their life and social obligations. Trying to better yourself doesn't have to be stressful and involve giving up things you enjoy.
Education & Qualifications
I firmly believe in education, an evidenced-based approach and the importance of ethical practice.
I am an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), the gold standard register for nutritionists in the UK.
I have a postgrad MSc in Human Nutrition with a specialisation in sports/exercise nutrition with distinction from the University of Glasgow.
My undergrad BSc is in Food Science with first class honours from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Why I Believe in Nutrition and Wellness
My belief in nutrition and wellness comes from my own experience of growing up with a poor diet. As a child, my eating habits were far from great, and I often struggled to focus in school. It wasn’t until my early twenties, when I started exercising and learning about proper nutrition, that I managed to achieve progression.
Not only did i experience improvements in my physical fitness but also a significant boost in my mental clarity and eagerness to learn. Over time, I realised that when I stayed on top of my diet, my ability to focus and achieve my goals was at its peak. This has lead me to maintain a consistent routine with both nutrition and exercise to be the best version of myself.
